About Me
I am an adventure seeker and active pursuer of anything that challenges me. Pushing my comfort zone to broaden my persona is what I live by.
If you want something you have never had, you must be willing to do something you have never done.

Soc design engineer at intel
A Hardware Engineer working with Intel on the next generation Xeon Server SoCs. Landing a job at Intel in 2016 was a dream come true for me and I haven't looked back since. I enjoy designing and working on cutting edge technology at Intel.
Team Manager - intel
Becoming a team manager in November 2021 was a turning point in my leadership journey. In addition to training and mentoring my team members, I was given the opportunity to lead them capably. This exposed me to career planning, work ethics, conflict resolution, project scheduling and working effectively with cross functional teams.
Marketing and Conference Chair - Women at Intel Network
Women at Intel Network is a Employee Resource Group that focusses on empowering Women at Intel and encouraging them to try on different roles. I had the pleasure of serving on the Board for 2 years. I co-chaired the WIN Conference for Santa Clara Chapter in 2021. It was a huge virtual event attended by over 800 participants from across the country. Working over 7 months, leading a team 20 members to make this conference a reality was a humbling experience. The exposure to virtual platforms, logistics, marketing, speaker planning, scheduling, networking, outreach and team management was a crash course in leadership. I will always look back to my 7 months as WIN co-chair when asked about what instilled my self confidence as a leader.
I serve as Marketing Chair for WIN SC 2022 and enjoy learning the ins and outs of effective marketing and audience targeting.
Vice president of education - Insiders toastmasters club
I served as the Vice President of Education for Insiders Toastmasters Club in 2020. As VPE, I implemented a speaker scheduling methodology that encouraged all club members to routinely give speeches. I initiated a New Toastmaster Orientation program to onboard new members and created a system for mentor-mentee assignment. This has helped me develop good organizational skills.
I also serve as a mentor in the club, helping new toastmasters get started with their public speaking journeys.
book club - Intel
As an avid reader, the lack of an official book club at my workplace troubled me. So, I went ahead and started the Intel Santa Clara Book Club. In addition to picking the monthly book choices, I set up book club sessions, bring in discussion questions and organize fun events for the members to network.
Toastmaster
Public speaking is one of my favorite ways to network and practice my communication skills. As a Toastmaster of 3+ years, I owe it to my club for helping me work on my speaking, evaluation, observation and listening skills. In addition to helping me improve my vocabulary, the toastmasters has been instrumental in making me a better 2 way communicator - speaking and listening.
